First the Shoe Bomber strikes 7 years ago now the Crotch Bomber strikes on Christmas. If you have been hiding under a rock for the last 3 or 4 days and you missed all the news on the crotch bomber. The crotch bomber hid some highly explosive PETN in his drawers and boarded an aircraft with his main intent on trying to kill innocent people and take down the aircraft before it landed. He arrives in Detroit Michigan, fails at blowing up the plane (Thankfully) gets tackled by a heroic Dutch guy on plane and is taken into custody.
Now the Bullshit begins, he is awaiting trial, is assigned an attorney and council all with the goal of trying to figure out if he is guilty or not of trying to kill innocent people. Are you serious? The man had an explosive on or near his balls he didn’t do that for his health, he didn’t want to blow his dick off he wanted to kill innocent people. Why are we wasting tax payer money on giving this failed terrorist a fair trail? Unless Attorneys are bored and want to work for free, why is they’re even a trial? He wants to be martyr lets grant him his wish.
Swift Justice is this world is not re bombing Yemen because of the Crotch Bombers wrong doings and killing innocent people. We could hold off on that till later but instead tying another crotch bomb to his crotch and then proceeding to dropping him off in middle of the ocean while detonating his crotch bomb from midair. What is a compelling argument against justice like this? Why should they’re be a trial? According to Webster’s definition of trial is “the determination of a person’s guilt or innocence by due process of law.” Kind of defeats the purpose of trial since he has already admitted guilt over and over again.
I know I am sounding retro conservative right now, but the righties have this part of the justice system figured out. When someone fucks with us we nail them bottom line. No past jurisprudence research necessary. Do the right thing Obama, put your “Change” aside and start making some sense within our legal system.
